As all Lauralii Ceramics products are handmade and unique, exchanging an item for an identical one is not possible. However, you may exchange your item for a similar product. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

In case of a defect or issue, please send a photo of the item to us.
If requested, you may need to return the product to Lauralii Ceramics.
The cost of shipping for returns related to claims will be covered by Lauralii Ceramics.
