Who we are looking for?
Do you want to get involved in fun events, design markets, pop-up stores, and other creative events across Finland?
If you are also:
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working with people
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in English (Finnish is a bonus)

Available Roles
Customer Service & Sales
Help customers, operate the checkout, answer questions, and support the event team with various tasks throughout the day.
Typical tasks:
- Customer service
- Operating POS system (training provided) / Handling sales
- Keeping the space tidy
- General event support
Setup & Logistics Staff
Help prepare the venue before opening and pack everything after the event.
Typical tasks:
- Moving tables and displays
- Setting up signage
- Decorating the venue
- Packing equipment
- Moving the trash
Heavy lifting may be required.

- FunDesign Christmas Pop-up Store (Nov-Dec)
Compensation
Listed positions:
- Paid on an hourly basis.
- The hourly rate and working hours will always be communicated before you confirm your participation.
- Compensation must be invoiced (for example, through an invoicing service such as UKKO.fi).
Open positions: Will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
