ART PROJECT DEATH ON A PAPER

By purchasing any art goods sold under the business “Kuvittaja Ichigonya” (Finnish Business ID / Y-tunnus 3396588-8) on the FunDesign Market online shop or on the official website of ART PROJECT DEATH ON A PAPER, you agree to consider the possibility of delays in production and delivery time DUE TO THE ARTIST’S HEALTH. You acknowledge the fact that the artist is a chronically ill and disabled person, still in active treatment, and that their health MUST come before any professional duty. You acknowledge the artist’s medical team’s judgment on the artist’s well-being (CURRENTLY STATED TO BE IN NEED OF ACTIVE TREATMENT) and agree to comply with any possible delay due to these circumstances.

By purchasing any goods sold by the aforementioned business, you hereby acknowledge the fact that the artist is NOT working full-time, and therefore they cannot be held to the same expectations as a full-time business owner. However, the artist IS obligated to let the customers know when discrepancies in the scheduling happen, whatever the reason for it may be.

“Kuvittaja Ichigonya” is not obligated to pay value-added-taxes (VATs) to the Finnish Government as per the Value-Added-Tax Act and the 2025 statute on small businesses and their legal rights to remain VAT-free. Customers will not have to pay any taxes when buying products sold under the business name “Kuvittaja Ichigonya”.
