Terms And Conditions

If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact us by email to valppa@hotmail.com and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, order number and contact details with your message for a possible refund.

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act (EU). The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products ordered. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition. All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not pick up your parcel or refuse to receive it and it is returned to us, I will charge new posting and packaging fees to send it to the customer again.

Cancellation, liability and complaints

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please send us an email as soon as possible. If the items have already been packed or processed for shipping then packaging and shipping fees will be deducted from your return.

The online shop is legally liable for any defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact us by emailing valppa@hotmail.com. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the packaging box has been damaged in post, please take a photo of it before opening and of any defect items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygienic reasons. We also do not refund or exchange sale items, custom work and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first email us at valppa@hotmail.com and then after I confirm your return by email, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping expenses are not covered by the seller.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any posting/packaging fees). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
