My products are handmade, meaning there may be slight variations in color, size, and design. These variations are part of the uniqueness.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. Please ensure your order details (shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

I aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that I am not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once your package is dispatched.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome! If you’d like a personalized product, please reach out to me through my Instagram direct message. Custom orders may require additional time for processing, and prices will vary depending on the request. Custom orders are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, I do not accept exchanges.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact me via email pupustation@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please also attach a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number. Once the issue is verified, I will issue a refund. You will get the money back after returning the product. 

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
