1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of original artworks by Hassi (“Artist”) through the FunDesign platform. By purchasing an artwork, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to these terms.

2. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• MobilePay
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Visa & Mastercard
• SEPA Bank Transfers
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All payments must be completed before shipping. Custom frame requests will incur an additional charge and must be specified at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Handling

• All artworks are securely wrapped and protected for shipping.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks before shipment.
• Domestic (Finland): Free shipping via Posti.
• International: Shipping costs are covered by the Customer upon delivery. The shipping carrier’s terms apply.

The Artist is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. In the event of damage, the Customer should contact the shipping carrier for resolution.

4. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of the artwork, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
• If an order is lost in transit, the Customer must resolve the issue with the shipping provider.

5. Artwork Authenticity and Customization

• All paintings are signed on the back for authenticity.
• Artworks are ready to hang unless a custom frame is requested at checkout (additional charges apply).

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

• The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
• The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without the Artist’s written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Artist is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping provider.
• Damage occurring after the painting has been delivered.
• Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties for international orders.
