I painted it thinking about how places like this hold time differently. Stone walls, water around them, wind passing through – nothing is in a hurry there. These stones remember thousands of stories, now buried under the canopy of passed years. Walls can’t talk, unfortunately, yet you can feel em under the cold stillness of stone.
