FDM Spring 2026 Cafe Vendor Application Form

Please read the full information here before filling the application.

Form can be filled in English or Finnish

Application Time

  • Opens for FUN+ Subscribers on February 6 18:00
  • Opens for Standard Members on February 8 18:00
  • Opens for everybody on February 9 18:00

      Furniture

      1 table (183cm x 75cm) + 2 chairs are included.

      Table sharing (max. 1 companion seller) 

      Companion seller's information

      *Payment must be made in a single transaction. The invoice will be sent only to the email address of the seller who submits the application form, not to the companion seller.

      Terms:

      • If your products need any licenses or certificates, you have to have those and be able to provide them when asked.
      • Late payments will be refunded and your spot cancelled.
      • If any violations are identified, FDM reserves the right to restrict or revoke your participation.

      By submitting your information, you are giving us a permission to email you. You may unsubscribe at any time. 

      • We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. You will receive an invoice within five working days once your application is accepted.
      • The applications that did not get a spot will be placed in the waiting list. We will close the application after the waiting list is filled.
