You will receive the parcel from Posti ( Finland) or UPS (outside Finland).
You could check the status of the shipment by the tracking number updated in your order after the shipment starts.

Refund Policy
I feel sorry that my artwork doesn't give you a satisfied smile at all. Returning it to me is possible within 14 days, but please keep it in the original condition you received. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return.
If you intend to return the product after consideration, please write an email to wangcloris77@gmail.com about the reason of the return and the tracking number of the returning parcel within 14 days.
I will monitor the status of the parcel to make sure the refund payment comes to you as soon as possible.
The refund payment will be processed within 1 week after the returned products are received.
