About the artwork: Sometimes people buy food and don’t eat it. It starts to get rotten and finally it goes to the trash. This work is my way to appreciate what other people may not and capture the soul of a pineapple before it was thrown to the trash.

About the artist: Laura Salazar is a multidisciplinary photographer based in Helsinki. She takes inspiration from the quotidian life and the elements around her.
