1. Handmade Products
All items are handmade, so slight variations in shape, size, or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade crochet products and not considered defects.

2. Shipping & Pickup
📮 Standard Mail (no tracking): Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
📦 Tracked Parcel (with tracking): Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
📍 Local Pickup: Available in Espoo at Sello Shopping Centre by arrangement.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted in case of damage or defects.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of crochet products, loose yarn ends, visible finishes, or slight imperfections are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

4. Change of Mind
You may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.

• If the product shows signs of use or damage, a refund cannot be issued.

5. Custom Orders
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
