FDM Christmas Artisan Application Form

Please read the full information here carefully before filling the application.

The form can be filled in English or Finnish

      Portfolio requirement for Non-members

      • A short introduction: who you are, what you create, the materials you use, the products you’ll bring to your table, and how you make them.
      • 5–10 clear images showcasing different pieces you plan to sell at FDM. (You can also include 1-2 images of your table setup)
      • PDF format only.
      • Please provide a link (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) to your portfolio with public access. An invalid link may result in rejection of your application.

      Furniture

      • Inline spot includes: 1 table (183cm x 75cm) + 2 chairs
      • Corner spot includes: 2 tables (183cm x 75cm) + 2 chairs

      First-Timer Grant

      With this grant, we aim to support first-time participants at our market.
      Selected applicants will receive 25% off the participation fee; however, table sharing is not permitted under this grant.

      Only 20 spots are available for the grant. If you are not selected, we will still contact you with the option to participate at the full price.

      Table sharing (max. 1 companion seller) 

      Companion seller's information

      *Payment must be made in a single transaction. The invoice will be sent only to the email address of the artist who submits the application form, not to the companion artist.

      Terms:

      • Our event is dedicated to showcasing original designs. The use of AI-generated art or any form of copyright infringement is strictly prohibited. If any violations are identified, we reserve the right to restrict or revoke my participation.
      • If your products require any licenses or certificates, you must have them and be able to provide them upon request.
      • Late payments will be refunded and your spot cancelled.
      • If any violations are identified, FDM reserves the right to restrict or revoke your participation.
