About event

At the moment, all spaces are booked.

August 30, setting up 9:00 – 11:00, event 11:00-18:00, cleaning up 18:00 – 19:00
August 31, setting up 9:00 – 11:00, event 11:00-17:00, cleaning up 17:00 – 18:00

Audience:
52% are 20-30 year old, 22% are 30-40, 13% under 20 and 10% are 40-50 (based on previous event)
Last time we were visited by almost 5300 people. This time we will be charging a small entry fee, so the number may fluctuate.

Advertising: 
We are increasing the budget and will target the most successful methods that worked last time. 

Activities:
In addition to the voting for the best table, photo zone, we will be introducing tokens (more about that later) and sticker competition.

Our rules

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Original art and design
✔️ Handmade or self-designed products
✔️ Thoughtful craftsmanship and creative expression
✔️ Proper credit and permission if collaborating or using licensed material
✔️ A positive, respectful spirit that fits the FunDesign community

The following do not meet our market requirements and will not be accepted:

❌ AI-generated art
❌ Plagiarism or copies of other artists’ work
❌ Mass-produced items from e.g. Temu, Aliexpress.
❌ Use of copyrighted characters/logos
❌ Assembling mass-produced parts with no original design (e.g. attaching a ready-made charm to a necklace)
❌ Using templates or patterns created by someone else
❌ Offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful content

Explicit or 18+ content must be kept in a clearly labeled folder or album (e.g. “18+ only”) and not openly displayed on the table.

NOTE! If any violations are identified, FDM reserves the right to restrict or revoke your participation.

Application information

Spaces for emerging artists, artisans and vendors are full.

Application dates:
May 23 18:00 – we will release 50% of all spaces for our FUN+ subscribers*
May 25 18:00 – rest of places are released for the standard members (membership is free)*
May 26 18:00 – non-members can apply

The applications are processed on a rolling basis and will stay open until spaces are filled. Last time all the places were out in 40 minutes after we opened the applications to non-members.

Types of applications:
We are welcoming artists, food vendors (only prepared food, no cooking at the premises) and workshop hosts. 
For artists we have added two new options – emerging artist and vendor. We will be selecting emerging artists based on the portfolio.

Participation fee includes:
– 2 vendor passes per table
– sales space
– beverages
– mention on socials and website event page

Sharing a table:
Table can be shared between two sellers for an additional fee.
Extra seller fee includes beverages and mention on socials and website event page for extra seller.
One invoice is issued to the person who filled the form. The payment must also be done in one piece.
If one of the sharing sellers cancels, and no replacement is proposed, the whole table is cancelled.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 14 days (by August 15, 2025) before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Responisbility
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and liabilities. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or accidents.

Food vendors must adhere to all local health, safety, and food handling regulations. Necessary permits and licenses must be valid and available upon request.
All food must be fresh, properly stored, and prepared in a hygienic environment. Vendors are responsible for allergen labeling and informing customers of potential risks.
