We are bringing our FunDesign Market concept right to Habitare! On our stand we will have 8 tables for artists, who change daily. This is a biggest event we have been a part of so far, so we are excited!

About event

Habitare is the leading furniture, design and interior event in the Nordics. The Habitare 2025 theme, Touch, explores our human need to experience, touch and feel things. 

Location: Messukeskus Helsinki, Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki

Opening hours: 

  • Wed 10 Sep: 9:00–18:00 (9:00–12:00 professionals, media & VIP only)
  • Thu 11 Sep: 10:00–19:00
  • Fri 12 Sep: 10:00–20:00
  • Sat 13 Sep: 10:00–18:00
  • Sun 14 Sep: 10:00–18:00

Audience: Design and interior enthusiasts, professionals, influencers, students, and media representatives

Habitare’s expected total visitors: 50,000 (Habitare 2024 attracted 45,300 visitors)

Our rules

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Original art and design
✔️ Handmade or self-designed products
✔️ Thoughtful craftsmanship and creative expression
✔️ Proper credit and permission if collaborating or using licensed material
✔️ A positive, respectful spirit that fits the FunDesign community

The following do not meet our requirements and will not be accepted:

❌ AI-generated art
❌ Plagiarism or copies of other artists’ work
❌ Mass-produced items from e.g. Temu, Aliexpress.
❌ Use of copyrighted characters/logos
❌ Assembling mass-produced parts with no original design (e.g. attaching a ready-made charm to a necklace)
❌ Using templates or patterns created by someone else
❌ Offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful content

Explicit or 18+ content must be kept in a clearly labeled folder or album (e.g. “18+ only”) and not openly displayed on the table.

NOTE! If any violations are identified, FunDesign reserves the right to restrict or revoke your participation.

Application information

Overall, we have 8 spaces per day, 40 in total.

Application dates:

  • June 29 at 18:00 – we will release 50% of spaces for each day to our FUN+ subscribers*
  • July 1 at 18:00 – rest of places are released for all members (Standard members & FUN+ subscribers)*

The applications are processed on a rolling basis and will stay open until spaces are filled. 

Participation fee (VAT 25.5% will be added on top):

Participation fee includes:

  • 1 day participation as a seller
  • 1 table (180x75cm) + 1 chair (No extra furniture allowed)
  • 1 exhibitor pass (available during construction, event & dismantling time) 
  • 1 constructor pass (available only during construction & dismantling time) 
  • Electricity
  • Access to Exhibitor Lounge and benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in NoHo Partners cafes).
  • Marketing on socials and website event page

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 14 days (by August 26, 2025) before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Responisbility
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and liabilities. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or accidents.
